Ranchi school of music is a western music school in Ranchi Jharkhand. Ranchi school of music started in 2010 to develop the music talent of students in a systematic way and to teach the people of Jharkhand music skills. Ranchi School of music provides trained faculty to teach and prepare candidates for certificate in practical and theory under Trinity College London in subject of music Piano, keyboard, violin, guitar, drum etc. Ranchi school of music is inclined towards praise and worship of the almighty God, taking every opportunity to contribute and participate in such calling.


The school believes that establishing solid musical foundation opens doors for the students, to use their talents and abilities in many ways. Keeping this in mind, the basic music theory and technique are included in each lesson. Students are challenged to improve their music skill encouraging active participant in any musical venue. Students get the opportunity to perform at concerts organized by the school several times a year. Ranchi school of music promotes the idea that folk and tribal music of Jharkhand can enhanced and benefitted through such structured music guidance.

Why Choose Us ?

  1. The centre is open to students of any nationality, of either sex, With no age limit.
  2. Students taking individual courses of study may enter at any time of the year, but are not admitted for a period shorter then one month Without permission from the Founder – Principal.
  3. Children completing Grade l in the TRINITY PRACTICAL examination for any of the instrument are required to start Theory of Musiclessons immediately.
  4. Students enrolling in courses involving group classes Will be admitted to these classes When there is a vacancy.
  5. The centre requires regular and punctual attendance at all classes and lessons. Students axceeding a total of three consecutive absence Without prior intimations or permission are required to produce a letter from parents explaining their absence. In case a teacher misses a lesson he/she Will try to make up for it at a mutually convenient time.
